Projects cover Sheremetyevo International Airport (Moscow), Jumeirah Island Hotel (Dubai), BOSCH diesel injector facility, Eldorado Gold mining operations, and IKEA Mega Mall (Omsk).
Note: Due to my confidentiality agreements, some international projects—such as MEP systems for Atlantis The Palm Hotel in Dubai, piping layouts for a NATO military facility, and design works for Shakhtar Donetsk Stadium in Ukraine—are not publicly available here.
Tenant layouts include international retail brands such as Levi’s, Marks & Spencer, Zara, H&M, Bershka, and Mango.
Location: Samara, Russia (On-site)
Scope of Work: MEP Desing Drawing Coordination
Overview:
The IKEA shopping mall project located in Samara, Russia, is a major retail development covering over 268,000 m² of combined indoor and outdoor space. The project showcases modern architectural design principles and integrates advanced mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure systems. This complex has become a key hub for commerce and social life in the region.
Layout:
The 268,000 m² IKEA shopping mall project in Samara was taken over after the initial contractor left it incomplete with missing and inconsistent technical data. Under contract with COSTA Group Company, the site lacked accurate as-built documentation and up-to-date mechanical records.
Due to unclear construction progress and implementation quality, a technical assessment team was established to thoroughly analyze site conditions. Based on these findings, all mechanical systems — including HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing — were redesigned in alignment with real on-site conditions and prepared for execution.
Simultaneous technical design and on-site coordination were carried out through close collaboration with field teams.
After project stabilization, technical support was provided for tenant fit-out coordination at the IKEA shopping mall project in Omsk.
